Our work is client centered: that is, we work closely with you to understand what you need before proceeding.

• Web site development and design, content management systems, ongoing site maintenance, consulting, ghost writing for Web site and social networking, managing contact lists, and search engine optimization. Separate photography fees apply.
  NOTE: We do not share Web site maintenance with clients. Because not everyone understands the nuances of coding and design style, and not everyone has been doing this work for more than 12 years, we will save you time and money if we update your site. Clients wishing to take over maintenance of their sites are welcome to do so.

Billing

All invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. We will submit an invoice to you only after you have determined that we have satisfactorily completed your work.

What to expect when you work with us

Initial contact: You contact us with your project idea, either in person, by phone, or by e-mail. We will follow up with you to create a proposal.

Proposal and scheduling: Based on our conversation, we'll create a project proposal with an estimated cost. If you accept our proposal, we will schedule your project with an estimated date of completion. Small text changes can be done within a day or two. Larger-scale changes, new site designs or redesigns take longer. We'll create a schedule that works for you and us.
